The location was very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the early breakfast options, ensuring I had a meal before my early flight. The shuttle service was efficient and the driver was polite. The staff were helpful and provided me with useful information for my trip to Bilbao. As young families, we loved the convenience of the hotel transport shuttle that picked us up from the airport within minutes. The staff were exceedingly pleasant and spoke English, making our stay much easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had an Internet terminal in the lobby with a printer for our printing needs. The exceptional customer service we received truly impressed us.
We felt welcome and had no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were well trained and very helpful, answering all of my questions. The location was excellent for a late night stopover with a late flight into Bilbao. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was reliable and made it easy to access the city without needing to rent a car. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a new and comfortable rainforest shower.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Large, clean room with comfy bed and modern design. Convenient charging outlets near bed. Friendly front-desk staff. Affordable beer at bar. Reliable airport shuttle at 5:10 a.m. Recommended for overnight stay before early flight.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. the location was perfect as it was just a short drive away. Secondly, the staff were excellent. They were kind, helpful, and provided great service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep before an early flight. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, offering a variety of food and coffee options.
No major issues, everything was fine.
